Star BOM Block #1



I cut the first block this morning for the new Star BOM by Judy at Patchwork Times before work, and couldn't wait to get home to sew it up!

My yellow/golds don't contrast much, but as my new saying goes .... it stays as it lays!

Can't wait for the next one! Great instructions, Judy!

    Good for you! I'm going to go set up a Mr. Linky box and I'm going to add you so you can be first!! Looks great and your contrast will be fine. Sometimes it's good to have just a very subtle contrast.

    Looks great and gives me courage. I am wondering about the difference in contrast with some of the fabrics I plan on using, I see that it worked for you, it may work for me...and if not, I love "it stays as it lays". I think I'll MEG that phrase.
