Around the Block

This was a fun quilt to make. A lot of piecing, but there was something real gratifying in making all these buildings. And it was completely from stash and scraps! :)

My computer still has issues - or rather, I don't know how to change some settings. We'll see if this old dog can learn some new tricks! LOL

My gratitude today is a feeling of total freedom to do whatever I want to do.

Several of you asked about the pattern. It is "Around the Block" by The Rabbit Factory. Thanks for the nice comments!

  1. I love this quilt! The fact that it all came from scraps is perfect. Was this your pattern or a commercial pattern?

  5. That's gorgeous Vicky. What a lot of piecing. Don't you just love using stash for a whole quilt? I find it very satisfying.
