Want a Dog?

This is the last time I hear my dog making a strange growling, playful sound and don't go to investigate.

A spool of Aurifil thread ..... $9.50.
The toys I buy for her to tear up, she lays there and licks them. Of course, those only cost $1.99.

If I hurry, I can get the following in the weekend paper: "Free to a good home. One slightly used doxie. Comes with poop bags and gently licked toys. "

Aw, Daisy just wants to learn to quilt, Vicky! I think she missed you and is expressing that by trying to get involved with the stuff YOU enjoy doing, don't you think? LMAO!

Poor Daisy! I'll take her!! :)
Speck loves those expensive wool pin cushions. He shredded one, on the carpet, full of pins. How he didn't eat them and die, I'll never know. Then I bought another one and kept it way out of his reach but he'd sit on the floor and just stare at it, wanting it so badly. I knew I would eventually leave it where he could get to it and I didn't want to spend days picking pins out of carpet so I gave it away. I see him eyeing my wool socks every now and then too!

I have to keep the door to my sewing room closed when I'm not in there - Chesty likes to chew on the spools of thread in my sewing table.

I'll take her! My mini doxie "Gracie" would love the company. Can I make an suggestion. Make her a fleece blankie. She will love it, chew on it, tunnel threw it and drag it around. She will be so distracted with the blanket she won't go searching for a more ineresting chew toy. Worked for us. We should have named her Linus.

I totally understand, Vicky, and I am LMAO!! I would take her, but I have my own gaggle of wieners to deal with. I don't understand why you buy them a bunch of toys, and they have to go find one of their own? Little stinkers! You would miss her if she wasn't around, though, wouldn't you?

Wowwww who would have thought a spool of aurifil could look soooo pitiful. I guess Daisy just wanted to do what you are doing.
