The angels need hair and other various and sundry embroidery on this first block, but the applique is done! There are a couple of things I really want to go back and fix, but I'll wait and see how I feel about them when I'm done with all the blocks! LOL

this looks like it is going to be wonderful...I love that you show your progress on your projects. Just read your comments about the quake ... I agree with your last "preparation" comment - that would be my first one. People keep telling us that we have hurricanes on the east coast (New England) and we just had a tornado hit down last week here in NH - but we usually get warnings - it really isn't the same. Glad you are okay and Daisy is too. SuzK
