Today I finally finished the last tree block! Hooray!
I tell you -- I had to sew every seam twice on this blasted block! I'm going to blame it on the drugs!
Now that all twelve blocks are done, I can clean up the mess on my sewing table. I have to make oodles of HSTs for the inner border, and I think most of those are cut out. I'm not able to cut right now, so I'll have to deal with the setting triangles later. But that's okay. I'm perfectly delighted that this much is done.
Three months, twelve blocks .... slow and steady ....

Very good progress, and it sounds like you are feeling better even if not able to do everything.
It looks so very very good!! I love the pops of red in the trees.
Wow, I can't believe you got this done, I hope this means you are feeling better each day!
Whoohoo! Even in small increments, getting behind your machine is progress. I hope you continue to heal and strengthen. (hugs)
Can't wait to see this! And so happy to see you must be feeling a little better to get this much work done.
YaHoo! You are making progress. It looks like the 'fabric therapy' is being used to good effect! Love the trees and I am sure they will be a super quilt!

Congratulations on completing your blocks. Slow and steady is wonderful. . . .it certainly beats having nothing done!
...does win the race on this project! Good to see you back up to steam at the machine.
I tried quilting mine and got snagged. I'm leaving it sitting out in the hopes of pushing myself to go back to it. Gotta bust those UFOs!!

Bravo to you. That's a lot of hst, so I have to say that I am impressed!
So envious of this quilt, love these blocks. Glad you are getting to do a little more each day. Slowbut steady progress in recovering too!
Lovely, lovely tree blocks, I made one for my Red and White Tribute quilt, one was enough for me! I may have to rethink that when I see your finished top. But you're right, slow and steady is the way to go.
