Stash Report 2010 - Week 33

I got sick last weekend, and it's taken me most of the week to shake the chills and fever. Guess that 'splains why I bought nothing and busted nothing.

Actually, I bought so much stuff this month that I'm kind of burned out. What an awful thing to have happen in your guilt-free month! I'm waiting for yardage on a couple of lines to hit the shelves at the Fat Quarter Shop.

Like I need more projects .....

As is evident in this photo, I haven't even started some of the BOMs. Sheesh. Guess I need to pick a tub and just do it! Think of how much money I could save on tubs. I need to go green -- recycle!

Went to Home Depot yesterday to get ONE thing and came home with the back of the QuiltMobile loaded. What is it about those kinds of stores? I picked up batteries, a poop scoop, mailing tape, a bunch of other stuff - and, yes, I came home without light bulbs. But I can see why guys like going there so much. Kind of like we are in quilt shops!

Jane, her sweet DH and Skippy are coming over this afternoon. We're going to grill beef tenderloin, and I think birthday cake will be involved!

Happy Birthday! Hope you feel better.

I'm glad to see someone else has as many of those plastic boxes as I do! But they are great to keep everything together!

(((huggs)) for you and a Happy Birthday/Quick Recovery hugg too.
Tell your boss you need a week of Quilt Therapy to get over the flu bug (which seems to be starting early this year!)

Glad you are feeling better. Glad to know I am not the only who has not finished BOM. I was looking at a stack last night thinking I need to finish them.

Happy Birthday! Glad you're feeling better. It's been a while since we've seen any sewing accomplishments...I think you need to remedy that this week. ;0)

I'm also behind on my BOMs...but I have many, many more PIGs than BOMs! Next year will be the year of the PIGs!

So when was your birthday? Mine was on Saturday. I hope yours was happy. I was very amazed to hear that a person can get burned out from buying fabric. That has never happened to me. I hope you will be able to get reacquainted with your sewing machine. Mine makes me smile. Give Penny a hug.
