Doctor Update

Just a quickie to say that my brain MRI came back negative. The only thing they found was a little scar tissue from the surgery ten years ago. That's a huge relief, but still doesn't explain the headache that has been going on for two and a half weeks. One suggestion he had was an occipital nerve block, which I nayed. No needles in my head, thank you very much. He did start me back on anti-seizure meds that I took for six years after the first surgery, and hopefully those will relax nerves enough to give me some relief.

My heartfelt thanks to all my blogger friends who emailed me with their thoughts and prayers. You are very special to me.

I'm so glad the MRI was negative. Bummer that you don't know what's causing the headaches, though. Sending lots of thoughts and prayers for you to find some relief. Seems like I read somewhere recently that doctors actually know very little about headaches, what causes them, and how to treat them successfully.

I'm going to ditto what Patti said. I hope the doctors are able to help you soon.

How was the movie? I also haven't been in years.

Speck doesn't give me too much trouble in the bath but I do get as much water on me as he does. I do it in the laundry room sink and I don't have to bed over so much.

Good luck with the Daisy bath.
