Around the Block

This was a fun quilt to make. A lot of piecing, but there was something real gratifying in making all these buildings. And it was completely from stash and scraps! :)

My computer still has issues - or rather, I don't know how to change some settings. We'll see if this old dog can learn some new tricks! LOL

My gratitude today is a feeling of total freedom to do whatever I want to do.

Several of you asked about the pattern. It is "Around the Block" by The Rabbit Factory. Thanks for the nice comments!

I love this quilt! The fact that it all came from scraps is perfect. Was this your pattern or a commercial pattern?

you have made so many lovely quilts Vicky! I am just amazed at how many you have done over really a short amount of time since you started quilting.

That's gorgeous Vicky. What a lot of piecing. Don't you just love using stash for a whole quilt? I find it very satisfying.

COOL! (I was wondering what you were going to do with those rail fence units... I was playing with beiges at the same time...)

I love your quilt. It's great that you made it all from stash. I'm going to have to find that pattern.
