The Selvage Queen

Penny's favorite place to sit is on the staircase. She's in a position to see me at the computer or in most of the downstairs. And she never goes up there without a ball or a toy or a piece of selvage. I found out the hard way that I have to remember to move any balls before I go upstairs at night. Good thing I have plenty of padding on which to bounce down!

The picture is blurry. I need to check the settings on my camera.

This "Moi?" look just slays me.

She'll be 8 months old next week. Hard to believe. I'm think I'm going to miss her puppy antics.

This picture was posted only to push my stash report down the page! :) :) :)

What an ADORABLE face!! I used to have a 'Penny' only she was a Westie (Petulent Miss Pennypacker was her full name--HA). She had a very sweet face as well!

Chewie mainly goes for tissues and napkins. Miss Penny is just way too cute. Maybe the puppy stage will last a while

That little Penny looks like she really means business and you better listen up! She's so cute with all her little selvages scattered around. Your picture came through clear on my computer. Nancy in WI

Our dog likes to lie on the stair landing, where he can see every room but the kitchen downstairs and into the office upstairs where we spend a great deal of time. He can also watch out the window in the front door. At times I have had to tape newspaper over the window when there are dogs or kids outside and I don't want the dog alarm to go off every other minute :)!

She's still a puppy, that Penny, you can see it in her eyes!

Hi Penny! You look so cute as always! Help your mom to use up all the fabrics she hides in the closets! I'm sure you can smell some yummy fabrics there...

My Mom and Dad (in Louisiana) have always had a dachsund. They always elaborate about the true details of a classic is that pointy nose... She's a real beauty.

HI Vicky and Penny,
Penny, tell mom you are going to be a puppy for another 8 or 9 months. Enjoy!!
I had a Penny once. She was a delmation. Is that how it is spelled?
Come and see me. My blog, Talk TO Your Animals, you might enjoy.

Dogs are so cute, my dog is a "helper" too. He eats my quilt blocks whenever possible. He is a 90 pound bird dog but I love him anyway, he is a character.

I have bought several fabrics over the past couple of months. I like to have the cushion there, just in case.....

She is just adorable!! I think that her and my Max would get along great! He is an incredible ham for the camera and has a ton of antics of his own. He has started telling me when it is time for bed within the last 3 months. :)

That picture is the perfect definition of the old admonition "Now, don't look at me with those "Puppy Dog Eyes"". Too cute!
